Ms Jackie Ross, BSc (Hons), FRCOG
Ms Jackie Ross qualified as a doctor in 1992, having studied medicine and genetics at King’s College London. She was awarded prizes in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Surgery as a medical student. After training for three years as a junior doctor she spent two years in research at King’s College Hospital, specialising in early pregnancy problems and Gynaecological Ultrasound.
Miss Ross completed her training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in hospitals around the South East of England and entered the specialist register as a Consultant in 2003. She was appointed as a Consultant at King’s College Hospital in 2004 and has been the clinical lead in the Early Pregnancy and Gynaecology Assessment Unit at King’s since 2008. She specialises in the diagnosis and management of early pregnancy problems and outpatient Gynaecology, including outpatient procedures.
As well as being a senior clinician, Miss Ross is recognised as an educator in Gynaecological ultrasound and she lectures on national postgraduate training courses and conferences.
