Had a wonderful experience with Dr Jackie Ross, an amazing professional who very gently and thoroughly took me through the scanning process. I had been referred to her specifically by another Harley Street doctor and understand why. Highly recommend.

Perfect service

I had a very positive overall experience. Elisabeth Bean was very kind, professional and compassionate, she explained things to me in detail and was very vocal in ensuring I was ok. Her assistant was also very nice and helpful. The clinic was clean. The staff at the reception desk were not particularly helpful or friendly and even ignored my sister and I as we left.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Naftalin. He was extremely polite, professional and patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He was very thorough and reassuring, which made me feel calm and comfortable throughout the appointment. The nurse and receptionist were also very friendly, welcoming and polite. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The appointment was thorough but also very efficient and quick. I would definitely recommend Dr Naftalin and the team.

Had my scan with Prof Davor Jurkovic, he is a lovely man who listens and lets you know what is going on throughout the scan. His nurse and office staff were friendly and helpful and I was in and out before I knew it with the answers I was looking for.
