I had a very positive experience during my recent visit to Gynocology Ultrasound Centre for a scan. From the moment I walked in, the reception team was warm, welcoming, and efficient, setting the tone for what turned out to be a seamless appointment.
The team made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Mr. Joel Naftalin was professional, attentive, and thorough. It’s not often you leave a medical appointment feeling seen and heard but this was one of those occasions. Thank you to the entire team for delivering such a high standard of care. Everything went smoothly. My appointment was on time, and the facilities were clean and appropriate. Everyone was very nice and kind. The doctor explained everything she was doing and seeing.

Pleasant experience from start to finish, very friendly and polite reception staff. My scan was done by Prof Davor Jurkovic, who was very thorough and knowledgeable. We had a chat before the scan to understand my medical history. The scan was very detailed and everything was explained to me clearly. We had another chat to talk about the scan findings, everything was explained and all questions answered. Great patient care. Thank you very much!

I went to see Prof Davor Jurkovic initially worried about endometriosis and he was extremely helpful. I found him to be very knowledgable, professional and kind. He scanned and talked me through everything he could see on screen, spotting a polyp and mild adenomyosis. I would highly recommend the Gynaecology Ultrasound Centre to anyone looking to diagnose issues with their menstrual cycle or uterus.

Highly recommend this clinic. Really excellent care and attention provided by Dr Ross and the team. Everything was explained in detail during the ultrasound scan and questions answered very clearly. Medical report provided very quickly, to me and the referring consultant.

The team here were very friendly and welcoming. I was very nervous but they were all so lovely throughout and after my appointment. Dr Rajah was very thorough and kind. I'd also like to give a special mention to Penny who showed such kindness to me and offered her support as she could see my nerves getting worse, I really felt looked after. Such a kind and compassionate person. The two other nurses were also great so thanks to everyone really, what a lovely team of people you have.

From the moment I arrived at the Clinic the staff were so friendly and compassionate. The Receptionist was lovely, offering me refreshments & keeping me regularly updated on my wait time. The Nurse and Doctor were so professional & empathic. Doctor Ross talked me through every aspect of the procedure, doing everything they could to keep me calm & at ease. Excellent care and attention for the second time after 8 years . Doctor Jackie Ross thoroughly explained everything whilst doing the ultrasound scan. She was opened to questions and answered them very clearly. Medical report has been produced by her within hours and sent to me and my doctor. Admin staff also very lovely and supportive. I saw Ms Sarah Flint here today and not only did she pick up on some issues that had been missed in previous ultrasounds (both NHS and private) but she explained what the situation was clearly and comprehensibly and also laid out the implications and potential solutions. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Extremely efficient and seen on time. Dr Dimitrios was charming and caring with the minor procedure and his nurse was also very nice and good. It was meticulously clean. Would highly recommend going there if needed.
