Dr Preet Chaggar MBBS BSc MRCOG

Dr Preet Chaggar is a Locum Consultant Gynaecologist at University College London Hospital (UCLH). She specialises in advanced gynaecological ultrasound, early pregnancy, and benign gynaecology.

She graduated from University College London Medical School in 2011 and completed her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the South London Deanery in October 2024. During her postgraduate training, Dr Chaggar undertook a three-year clinical research fellowship at University College London Hospital, under the supervision of Professor Jurkovic, where she developed skills in the ultrasound diagnosis of endometriosis, as well as a wide range of gynaecological and early pregnancy conditions.

Dr Chaggar is actively involved in research and has completed several ultrasound-based studies focusing on endometriosis, pelvic pain, and quality of life. This work forms part of her PhD thesis and has been published in high-impact peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and international conferences.
