Dr Jackie Ross was very professional, very Knowledgeable, both incredibly kind and gentle and she explained everything in great detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The reception/booking team were also great and got me in the same day. Overall a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and go back should I need to.

Was concerned that my IUD was dislodged early in the morning, so called the centre at around 9am. I was able to book an appointment on the same day at 10.30am. The staff were inviting and the waiting time was non-existent. Everything was very professional, clean, and felt very welcomed.

I visit the Gynaecology Ultrasound Centre in London every year for endometriosis mapping, and once again my experience this year was excellent. The team always takes plenty of time for me. Before the scan, they have a thorough conversation to understand any concerns or symptoms, which makes me feel genuinely listened to.
During the ultrasound, they are extremely respectful and considerate. I’m given a sheet for privacy, and Mr Jurkovic checks in with me several times to make sure I’m comfortable. I’m able to watch the scan and ask questions throughout, and everything is explained clearly and in detail.
Their empathy, professionalism, and care make a difficult exam feel much easier. I highly recommend this centre to anyone who needs specialised and compassionate endometriosis care.

I received an excellent service from the Gynaecology Ultrasound Centre. The booking system was very quick and efficient and on the day, I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and other admin staff who were all very helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that I was put at ease and that I received the best care possible. The gynaecologist was very professional and explained all the steps and the findings in detail. I left knowing exactly what was going on and with a clear plan of action I was reassured about my clinical condition. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Everyone concerned at the Gynaecology Ultrasound Centre at King Edward VII's hospital, was helpful and courteous. The ultrasound procedure was explained in detail by Ms Aslam before and as she carried it out. I was impressed to receive a letter with Ms Aslam's report, within hours, on my computer. I have no hesitation, on the basis of this visit, to recommend King Edward VII's Outpatient dept, as well as the Gynaecology Ultrasound Centre
