The Gynaecology Ultrasound Centre Is amazing!
The staff are so personable and really make you feel welcomed and at ease.

Doctor Joel Naftalin is one of the best gynaecologists I have ever had the pleasure of being seen by.
He is friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable during examinations. He is thorough and takes the time to explain everything to you and allows you to ask as many questions as you need.
I cannot imagine going to see anyone else ever again. This is my second time attending the centre and it is an absolute pleasure being his patient. I am grateful for his expertise and patience.

Friendly reception staff who kept me updated when the appointment rang a little late. The Consultant was excellent and explained everything that he was doing and talked me through the ultrasound pictures. I felt safe and informed throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

This is the best place I have an ultrasound done, and I cant recommend them high enough with words. I have been treated like a queen on every single point of contact, from booking the appointment to the reception and finally been seen by Miss Jackie Ross, who performed my ultrasound. From first contact, she put me at ease and made me feel calm, listening to my health concerns and medical history related to the scan we were about to perform, not rushing me at all. During examination, she made sure to, not only, go through each area, where previous scans have spotted something, even if minor, explaining to me how each area of the pelvis was improving or not and, in case of new findings, she made sure to explain in detail what it was, potential causes, the complexity and clinical significance of those new findings, and , most important, her throughout examination, covering all my questions while performing the scan, made me feel, for the first, time, in 7y living in London, that I was being heard, individually. She left no stone unturned regards pelvic and abdominal search for endometriosis, and that was absolutely reassuring. I can tell I've found the perfect gynecologic USS centre to carry on with future follow ups.
Thank you so much for the entire team, including assistants and nurses, and special thanks for Jackie, for been such a highly skilled doctor and for showing empathy and understanding to patient's concerns and questions, no matter how minor or significant they might be. This made all difference, and I would recommend this place to every woman, friends of not, who want to be in safe hands regards their reproductive health. Thank you!

I had a very positive experience with my recent scan. The procedure was extremely thorough, and I felt reassured throughout. All of the staff were exceptionally nice—friendly, professional, and caring from start to finish. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how comfortable they made me feel. I saw Dr Joel Naftalin for suspected Endometriosis. He's a very friendly, calm and reassuring gentleman.
He was able to diagnose Endo and Adenomyosis. For 18 years I have been fighting to find answers. He gave me the validation and answers I needed to finally know what steps to take to look into symptom management. Also knowing what I am finally treating and what pain relief (natural/pharma) is good for said conditions.

He was very detailed and showed me clearly on the scanning screen where the areas were affected, the healthy bits and measurements. I was actually fascinated! It was so cool!

Dr Naftalin's nurse was absolutely gorgeous, she made me feel so much at ease and when I cried she understood it was from relief finally having answers. There needs to be clones of her in the world.

Very great service. I felt well taken care of. Everything explained in detail. Appointment started late but the team apologised and were super efficient at that point.

I would give you 100 stars if I could. Attending your centre is always such a tonic. The woman on reception and the clinic assistant were warm, interested and extremely caring. Mr Yazbek is down to earth and completely puts one at ease. He is such a lovely person.

I haven't had my Hycosy yet, but The Clinic Secretary, Penny has been absolutely fantastic from day 1, trying to get me booked in, navigating my cycles and work commitments. I can't recommend her enough, she deserves a raise.
