I was greeted with a very friendly welcome which really set the tone of the whole experience. Dr Ross was kind and put me at ease, she explained everything she did in great detail, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She made the experience more than bearable and I am very grateful to her for her professionalism. My results were ready for me to view almost immediately, thank you!
