Mr Wong was brilliant and explained every step in the procedures that I had. He answered all of my questions and made me feel like I was not just another patient he was seeing. All the staff at the facility are incredibly professional and helpful, from the receptionists, nurses to the consultants. The gynaecologist who performed my scan explained very clearly was she was seeing, what she was going to look at next - this transparency of information is nothing I have experienced before, even in other private health clinics. The report and associated scan images were in my email inbox within 30 minutes of me leaving the clinic, as promised! Overall, an amazing service from start to finish and I would highly recommend to anyone.
