Excellent treatment and care. Mr Yazbek was very proactive and managed the balance of providing me with all the information I needed so I felt some element of control over my health issue, but also guiding me to make the best decision for my health. He was patient and dealt with all my questions with great courtesy. Nothing was too much trouble. When my condition became more of an emergency he was excellent at overcoming any barriers or bureaucracy so I could be taken for surgery as soon as possible. For my day patient operation he was reassuring good humoured and calming and at all times I felt I was in the best hands possible. Post operative care was also exemplary. Swift follow up and advice.
